Drolluc Dronoc

Drolluc is widely regarded as one of the greatest blacksmiths to ever live. He has chosen to spend the latter part of his life in the elven city of Valenthreas. During his time serving the city of light, Drolluc has become the master of the cinder forges, having been entrusted with sacred knowledge of elven forging techniques. He considers this one of his greatest personal achievements, as only a select few non-elves have ever been granted such an honor.

In his early years, Drolluc worked in the dwarven kingdom of Klindroin, serving the high king and aiding the Klindroin Vigil—the mighty stronghold of the Fiend Hunters. He trained some of the finest blacksmiths in the world, teaching them the craft of forging weapons and armaments. He also developed innovative methods for refining armor used by warhorses and other beasts that serve the world’s greatest fighters.

His unparalleled skill has made his work highly sought after, and though his craft brought him great wealth, Drolluc chose to donate much of it to children orphaned by war and violence—a rare act of generosity for a dwarf, especially in parting with gold.

As he settled into his role as master blacksmith of Valenthreas, he took on an apprentice: a vorelan named Norithan Volnorath.
