Drothkin

The drothkin are apex predators of darkness, created in an act of defiance against the Twin Flames by Master Ohrimah and Master Anieva. Through the power of their empyreal flames, the two fallen gods molded these beasts to hunt and consume the sacred creations of the divine. They used the wulvor as a template to birth these monstrosities into the world.

Since that time, the drothkin have evolved to possess scales in place of fur and hair across most of their bodies. They bear sharp horns, venomous saliva, and ears much larger than those of their wulvor counterparts. Their bodies are partially encased in chitinous armor covering their chest, back, parts of their limbs and their tails end in barbed, venomous tips.

Though modeled after the wulvor, who are known to communicate with the planet’s people and embody aspects of kindness and protection, those traits were stripped away. In their place is a cold, reptilian nature, predators devoid of empathy, a cruel mockery crafted to insult the Twin Flames.

These beasts often roam in packs led by drothkin alphas, which are typically much larger than the rest, towering over their kin and even standing taller than the people who inhabit the world of Auro.
