Hey Everyone!
It’s been a while, and I have some BIG news to share as I’m charting the course! First, let me start by telling you a little about what has kept me quieter than I was around the launch of the first book.
On March 15th, I married my best friend, and it was such an amazing day! Only several days later, I traveled to visit some of my family in Canada to celebrate the Persian New Year, Nowruz. It was a wonderful trip, and I feel so blessed to have spent that time with them—it had been far too long. During that visit, one of my cousins arranged a speaking engagement where I had the opportunity to share my book with the students at Islington Junior Middle School. Their principal, Mr. Coluccio, is a truly wonderful human being, and I feel incredibly honored to have been able to share the wonder of books with the students there. Afterward, my wife and I traveled to Edinburgh, Scotland, for our honeymoon—it was such a grounding and inspiring experience!
Now, onto some exciting updates related to the books and my work as an author. If you didn’t know, I’ve been adding a lot of new information pages, which I call the Archives. You can now learn about characters, creatures, events, and all sorts of details related to the world of Auro. It’s sure to enrich your reading experience! If you haven’t checked them out yet, I highly encourage you to do so—I’m adding new pages regularly.
Another big piece of news: I’ve officially launched the Store on this website! You can now purchase either the paperback or hardcover versions of The Fall of Magic directly from me. Very soon, I’ll also be adding lots of other goodies you can get straight from my hands to yours! In addition to this, I’ve launched a shop on TikTok—feel free to check it out for a chance at flash deals and to pick up a copy of The Fall of Magic at a great discount.
Speaking of deals, I recently dropped the prices for online retailers—the ebook can now be purchased for only $2.99! Why the big price cut? Another piece of exciting news: the audiobook for The Fall of Magic is now LIVE on Audible and I wanted to celebrate it! Soon, it will also be available on platforms like Spotify and more. My narrator Daniel Ryder did an incredible job, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. If you enjoy audiobooks, this adaptation will offer a whole new way to experience the story. The ebook is also now available on Google Play for those interested.
Having the book available on so many platforms feels amazing, but this is where I could really use your help. Whether you received the book through Kickstarter, Amazon, or elsewhere, I would deeply appreciate it if you would leave an honest review. Reviews on Goodreads, Amazon, TikTok, Google Play—or Audible for the audiobook—make an enormous difference. As you can see, I’ve been hard at work, but now that much of this foundation is in place, I’ve resumed writing the next book in the series, The Light of Hope. It’s coming along beautifully! You should know: book two is going to deliver some truly BIG reveals about the world and this continuing story we have all begun. More on that soon!
